What WAS my super duper nail polish sale...

After some serious thought I have decided to take my nail polish sale down. I had some people say some things to me that made me feel kind of bad. Some of the things were uncalled for and those comments were deleted and some of the things rang a little true. I want to apologize to those of you who felt like my prices were too high and felt that I was taking advantage of you. I have established a good reputation in the selling community by being friendly, fair and trustworthy. I would hate to think that I ruined that with one sale. I will not be re-posting my nail polish sale on this blog. I have in fact created a new blog and will be using it solely to bring the nail polish community HTF polishes at a reasonable price. I am working on that blog right now and will be making a new ad on The Blog Sale List.
I hope that you all will still shop with me and take advantage of the products I can bring to you. Thank you so much for your time.

  1. I'm really not trying to be rude, but don't you think your prices are a wee bit high? Some of them are not worth nearly as much as you have them listed. Personally, I think it's a shame. This is a COMMUNITY, and people shouldn't be jacking up prices in order to make a huge profit. I get wanting to make some, but when you pay $7 for a CG and jack it up to $25, it's a little selfish.

You're totally entitled to list them for as much as you want, but if you're going to do so, might ebay be a better place?

  2. Noted.

I actually paid around $15 for those. I understand where you are coming from but if you don't like my prices, move on to the next sale. From what I can see, my prices are lower than those of other people selling them online including ebay.

And seeing that this is my blog, I find this to be just fine for listing what I want for sale :)

And you absolutely are trying to be rude. Otherwise you wouldn't be using words like "shame" and "selfish".

Thanks for your comment though. Have a great weekend.

  4. You are absolutely correct. I DID fond a Tickle My Triangle nail polish for $7. I took it home, used it, and even spilled a little on a pair of jeans if you must know everything. I will be keeping that bottle. I found several more of the polishes from the Kaleidoscope collection at a few local salons. They over charge for polishes with silver caps including China Glaze and OPIs. I bought as many as I could, keeping at least one of each for myself and selling the others to people who cannot find it.
If you do not want to pay the prices I have listed I encourage you to look elsewhere or make an offer.
There is no reason to harass me on my own blog. Especially if you are going to do it anonymously.
Thanks so much for your time.
